How does the store connection work?

For Shopify, we use secure OAuth. You enter your store URL, authorize on Shopify, and you're connected. For WooCommerce, you paste your REST API keys. For Daraz, you enter your Open Platform app credentials. No passwords are shared with us, and you can disconnect anytime.

What alerts can I get?

New orders, fulfillments, cancellations, new products, and low stock warnings. You pick the channel (Email, SMS, or WhatsApp) and customize alerts per store. So your Shopify store can email you, while your Daraz store sends WhatsApp messages.

Yes. We use OAuth 2.0 for Shopify, encrypted credentials for all platforms, and role-based access so team members only see what they should. We don't store your passwords, and your API credentials are encrypted at rest.
